I am starting my 4th residency in the city of Melbourne. One of them lasted 8 years and the shortest has been a year; I am still doing that one. I have played large festivals, clubs and underground parties. The fact that people who hire me want me back means I must be doing something right. I do it because I love sound and beats. I do it because I love to perform. But fundamental to making it work is technique, taste, and most importantly the realisation that the people who are listening are the reason you get to do it.

I take various electronic genres and use them as the back drop to generate a vibe depending on the mood required. I loop and cut them to create new tracks live on the spur of the moment. I add in sounds, rhythms or segments of popular or obscure trax to take the listener on a sonic adventure... It's fun, it's groovey and a rich sonic soup that will satisfy different people in different ways.
